The pho was alright nothing special but not bad.
The teriyaki chicken tho I couldn't do. Had a few bites and ended up tossing it. The chicken was gritty and flavor wasn't typical.

We won’t go back. The food was Luke warm, and we were greeted by free bibles and a guy wearing a Trump hat. The chicken tasted funny

We flew in from St Louis today and arrived exhausted and hungry. Black Pearl was within walking distance. The food was fantastic! We had great conversation with one of the owners and we really enjoyed discussing our upcoming adventures. Black Pearl was one of the best Thai restaurants we have ever had!

I ordered online and my husband picked it up. My son is a pescatarian and I was sure I ordered him the Pho Ga which was shrimp. When I was helping my son assemble his pho we realized it was chicken which he won’t eat. My son was really looking forward to some pho as he’s sick with a cough. So I called to order him the right thing not knowing if I messed up ordering or not. Right off the bat the person on the other line was very rude and kept trying to tell me what I did wrong and what I ordered instead. At this point I thought ok it’s my fault but I just want to get my son the right food so I wanted to place an order for the shrimp pho. It was hard to get a word in to let them know that. It was a very confusing conversation with a lot of blame when I already felt bad for making a fuss. I did end up ordering the right dish and my husband picked it up, when he picked it up the same man was trying to explain to him what I did wrong even though we had already taken the blame and bought more food. I finally found my order confirmation in my spam and turns out i did order the Pho Ga which I confirmed on the website was shrimp. The food was great but the experience left a bad taste.
